His expertise lies in working with internal and external stakeholders to gather business intelligence and design custom solutions tailored to specific business requirements.

He is the Founding Partner, currently managing all business activities for Finwiserr, and has previously been associated with Big 4 firms and FTSE 100 companies.

Harshita is a CFA with a post-graduate degree in M.Sc. Finance and more than 11 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Valuation, and Pitch Deck development across Utilities, Renewable Energy, Facility Management, and Logistics & Transport.

She is a Founding Partner and has previously been associated with investment banks and private equity firms, working for global clients over many years.

Vipin is a certified PRINCE2 practitioner and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with 17+ years of experience leading or contributing to 40+ projects and end-to-end transformations across Insurance, Banking, IT/ITES, Utilities, and Logistics sectors in the USA, UK, and EU. His areas of expertise include Lean Six Sigma, project management, customer strategy, data analytics, operational due diligence, and solution and proposal design.

He currently heads Operations Advisory services at Finwiserr.
